Toronto G20 Summit - Peaceful Mass Meditation

The Human Summit was born out of the desire to have a civil engagement response to the G-20 Summit in Toronto that is both spiritually and politically conscious.

As world leaders meet in Toronto to discuss the future of the global economy, there will be many voices clamoring for attention. Some of these voices will originate in chaos and fear and result in protests and civil disobedience. This meditation will offer a peaceful, non-violent alternative for conscious civil engagement to the residents and visitors to Toronto during the G-20 Summit.

The organizers of The Human Summit believe that the loudest and clearest voice will come from the silence of a large group of people sitting in meditation here in Toronto, while joined in consciousness by tens of thousands of others connected in silence simultaneously around the world.

The central meditation event will be held on Sunday, June 27th from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at Woodbine Park located at the northeast corner of Lakeshore Blvd. East and Coxwell Ave. in Toronto. Click here for directions.

It is our intention to bring about a dynamic shift in our planetary consciousness. To do this we need participants from around the globe to join in the Human Summit Project meditation. The more people who participate worldwide, the greater opportunity exists to affect fundamental change. Use the Group Registration Directory to find a Human Summit event in your city, or start an event yourself.

Be sure to register on our website under Community Login to let us know that you plan to join us in Toronto so that we will have an idea of how many people to expect and accommodate. We will also keep you up to date on any Human Summit Project events or activities in your area.

Organize An Event In Your City

You can help this project by organizing a meditation event in your congregation, school, neighborhood or community. Be sure to add your group to the Group Registration Directory so local participants can find your event.

Whenever possible, we encourage you to organize a simultaneous event to coincide with the event in Toronto, scheduled for Sunday, June 27th from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm EST.

Meditate On Your Own

If you can’t travel to Toronto to join the Mass Meditation, and there isn’t a group meditation in your area, you can still join with us in consciousness by sitting in your own silent meditation. Be sure to register on our website so that we can keep you up to date on Human Summit activities.

Hi Shawn, Daniel Simko here.  Thank you for your kindness.  I believe that you met Deya and Vicky at the gathering at High Park in Toronto a few weeks ago.  They are having the mass meditation on June 27th and I would like to gather 10 spiritual minded vendors to help raise money for the event.   Massage therapists, reflexologists, acupuncturists, Energy therapists, Shiatsu practitioners, osteopaths, Yoga teachers, palm and tarot readers, meditation teachers, shamanic healers, spiritual advisors and anyone else that’s wants to showcase their products or business.  We are charging $100 for a table at the event.
