Here are some reminders to start with:
Stay conscious when you take action toward your desire. In other words, take action, but remember: One of the highest purposes of taking action is to dissolve inner doubt. Don't just take action because of the end result in the outer world. Take action because of the inner results. Take action with Presence.
Action with presence can cut through mental noise very fast. Is there something you’re working toward you think you cannot get? Take action toward it. But again don’t take action for the sole purpose of getting outer results. Let your actions work on your doubts. This is key. When your motivation for an action is to change the inner realm, you empower the Universe to bring you your goal. Bring presence to your motivation. Start there and your action will deepen your presence.
Breathe often. Even when you are soaking in new ideas and positive messages, don't just read with your left brain. FEEL THE ESSENCE OF THE WRITING. Breathing gently and often helps you do this. Make every act experiential.
