WHEN: 12PM Daily – Local Time – until the situation is resolved.
WHERE: Whereever you are at 12PM each day.
HOW: Take 1 minute of Silence (3 – 5 minutes if your inspired) with a focus on creating sustainable solutions for this situation (see below for focus areas).

At 12pm each day, we ask that you take a moment during your daily rhythms and create 1 minute (3 – 5 minutes if you are inspired) of silence and focused presence. During this time whether you spend it in prayer, mediation, intention, song, or simply in silence we ask that you focus your presence, thoughts, love and energy to help create sustainable solutions for the situation occurring in the Gulf of Mexico, with a special focus on healing for the Ocean and for all of life being affected by this situation.
Our intention is that we pray, meditate, intend and visualize that the below reality is now being manifest.
WHAT DO I FOCUS ON?:
- The oil leaks are now sustainably closed & sealed and all oil flow into the ocean is now stopped.
- All oil that has spilled into the ocean is now sustainably cleaned up from both the ocean, rivers & all land affected.
- All animal life, both marine & land based, are safe & healed from any effects from the oil & returned to their pristine homes & natural environment.
- All humans who have been affected by this are now given the support they need.
- May this situation become a wake up call for all those who still support fossil-fuel based forms of energy methods & that new sustainable ways of providing energy for humanity are now swiftly created & put into place.
- Sending our Love and Healing to the Ocean, to the waters in the Gulf of Mexico that they are now sustainable cleaned & returned to their pristine condition.
- Sending our Love & Gratitude to Mother Earth & taking a moment to open to our own interconnectedness with her & our precious living planet.
COMPLETE WITH SOUND:
We encourage you to complete your focused prayer/intentional time with some sort of intentional sound or tone. PURPOSE:
As many of us are aware there is a very large oil spill that has occurred from underwater oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico into the Ocean. This oil is not only pouring into the Ocean but now reaching land on the US coast lines, moving into very pristine & protected wetlands, protected coastal areas and into areas where there is a large amount of animal life. This oil has the potential to begin to move from the Gulf of Mexico up the East Coast of the USA and also into our rivers.
This is an environmental situation that is calling forth A VERY LARGE & IMMEDIATE response to avoid any more major environmental damage.
The oceans are precious, water is precious & essential to life on this planet.
The animal life in the water and on the land in these areas are precious.
Because we are all interconnected and a part of a larger web of Life, this situation has the potential to affect that web of Life in a very serious way.
Through taking a moment of silence, sending our prayers, intentions, visualizations & love, together we can assist & support the sustainable clean up, protection & healing of the water & all of life affected by this situation.
